If you live outside the United States of America, you will not be able to access the rewards portal. The website is designed to only work in the U.S.

It is also not open to people who are not legal residents of the United States of America.

How to participate in the Kwik Program

How you participate in the Kwik Program will depend on whether you are a new user or you already have an account.

• New user

If you a new user, you need to, first of all, visit the nearest Kwik Star or Kwik Trip store near you, and the cashier will give you a rewards card.

Note, the reward card is not free.  You have to purchase an item from the store for the cashier to provide you with the rewards card.

When you have the rewards card, it is now time to sign up for the Kwik Rewards account. Make sure that you have a device such as a PC, tablet, or phone with a stable internet connection.

After that, head to the Kwik Rewards official website at www.kwwikrewards.com. Once the site opens, you will see two options on the homepage, “sign up” and “login.” As a new user, you should click on “sign up” so that you can create your account.

As you sign up, ensure that the “Kwik Rewards” option has already been selected.

If you are a member of the fleet management, select the “fleet” management and then click on the “sign up” button.

At this step, you should have your rewards card at hand. After you click on “sign up,” scroll down, and you will then be required to enter the 166 digits reward number located either at the back or at the front of the rewards card.

After you input the 16 digits number, you will see a “Verify Account” button just below the input field. Click on the button so that you can verify your account.

If the information you have provided is correct, you will be redirected to create your Kwik Rewards account and also activate your rewards card.

Note, it is not a must that you sign up through the website. You can also download the Kwik Programs app on your mobile from either Apple Store or Google Play. You can then sign up through the app.

• Existing user

As an existing user, you have a Kwik Rewards Loyalty Program account. Just open your browser and head to the official Kwik Rewards Program website at www.kwikrewards.com.

Once the site is open, you will get to the homepage where you will see the ”log in” and “sign up” options in the middle of the screen. Since you already have an account, you will not go for the “sign up” option.

Instead, click on the “log in” button.

Ensure that the “Kwik Rewards” option is the one selected and not the “fleet” option.

If you are a member of the fleet management, select the fleet option, and then click on the “log in” button.

After that, you will be redirected to the official Kwik Programs log in page.

On the log in page, you will get two fields. In the first field, you should enter your email address. In the second input field, enter your password.

At this point, you can opt for the website to remember your log in details (email address and password). You just need to select the checkbox that says, “Remember My Login.”

Next, click “log in.”

After that, you will be redirected to the account. Here, you will have access to the rewards, discounts, see the upcoming promotions and events, and much more.

When you are done with the account, ensure that you log out so that you will stop anybody else from having unauthorized access to your account.

Note, even as an existing user, it is not a must that you log in through the website. You can download the Kwik Programs app from Google Play Store or App Store and use your login credentials to access the account.
