Here you will be asked to enter your survey invitation code as printed on your receipt. After filling in the code, hit ‘Start’ and move on to taking the survey. Once you enter the survey, answer all the questions, and rate the company’s performance. Upon completion, write down the validation code being provided to you by Marco’s management on the receipt. You are supposed to take this receipt along with you the next time you visit Marco’s store within 30 days of issuance of code. This code will help you claim prizes and avail discounts printed in the offer on your receipt.

Since you do not have a receipt, Marco’s Pizza management will record your feedback and value it, but your chances of winning any awards are bleak.
