Here you will be asked to enter your survey invitation code as printed on your receipt. After filling in the code, hit ‘Start’ and move on to taking the survey. Once you enter the survey, answer all the questions, and rate the company’s performance. Upon completion, write down the validation code being provided to you by Marco’s management on the receipt. You are supposed to take this receipt along with you the next time you visit Marco’s store within 30 days of issuance of code. This code will help you claim prizes and avail discounts printed in the offer on your receipt.

Once done with that, your feedback will be recorded. You might not be allotted a validation code in this case. Since you do not have a receipt, Marco’s Pizza management will record your feedback and value it, but your chances of winning any awards are bleak.
If you are not 18 years of age or older and live outside the United States, you might not be able to benefit from this customer feedback program. Additionally, you may enter the survey multiple times, but one survey code can be used only for one entry. Another point to be noted here is that the purchase receipt validity period is vague, so it is advised that you attempt the survey as soon as you lay your hands on the receipt.
