Marco’s Pizza is an American pizza restaurant which specializes in American-Italian food. Founded in 1978, Marco’s first-ever outlet was opened in Oregon, Ohio, just outside of Toledo. The founder, Pat Giammarco, wanted to serve the best quality pizza which would make customers want more. His vision was successful, and Marco’s grew into a chain of 900 stores across 35 states and expanded into four countries.
In 2017, Marco’s Pizza was named ‘America’s favorite Pizza Company,’ and this year, they plan to open their 1000th outlet. Despite all the growth, Marco’s management realizes the importance of customer feedback and the fact that happy customers are the real pillars of its grand success obtained over the years. To keep its track of being the number one pizza outlet across America, Marco’s management takes into account its customers’ experiences via communication channels such as online feedback forms. These Feedback forms are hosted on specified URL’s and are named ‘TellMarcos.’
Description: Marco’s management values its customers’ feedback. To gauge valuable insights about its customers’ recent purchase experiences, Marco’s management has decided to host an online survey. This survey consists of questions about the company’s customer services and hence, will help Marco’s management in collecting responses of customers and analyzing them tactfully. This will help them find which areas of customer service need improvement and which perform well. This customer feedback survey is called TellMarcos Survey and is available online at https://marcoscsatsurvey.survey.marketforce.com/.A valid purchase receipt is a requirement to enter this survey. Customers may select one language out of the two; English and Spanish. Once a customer finishes the survey, Marco’s Company awards the respondent by allotting them a redeemable validation code in return to their valuable time. This code can be used by customers at their next visit to Marco’s stores to claim whatever the prize they are supposed to claim in the offer printed on their receipts.
How to Enter the TellMarcos Survey
If You Have a Valid Receipt
There is only one way to enter the Tell Marco survey, which is through the website- https://marcoscsatsurvey.survey.marketforce.com/.
Once you open the website, select the language option you are most fluent in and hit ‘Next.’ This will lead you to the second page at:-https://marcoscsatsurvey.survey.marketforce.com
Here you will be asked to enter your survey invitation code as printed on your receipt. After filling in the code, hit ‘Start’ and move on to taking the survey. Once you enter the survey, answer all the questions, and rate the company’s performance. Upon completion, write down the validation code being provided to you by Marco’s management on the receipt. You are supposed to take this receipt along with you the next time you visit Marco’s store within 30 days of issuance of code. This code will help you claim prizes and avail discounts printed in the offer on your receipt.
If You Do Not Have a Valid Receipt
If you do not have a receipt and still wish to provide your feedback, you may take the survey here: https://marcosdigitalcc.survey.marketforce.com/?languageId=1
Once you enter the store details, you will be redirected to a page where they will ask you to enter what kind of feedback you want to provide; either suggestion, praise, or a complaint. Select the one you have in mind and hit ‘Next’ to move on to the next page. Here, you will be asked to provide your feedback and be as specific as possible. Once done with that, your feedback will be recorded. You might not be allotted a validation code in this case. Since you do not have a receipt, Marco’s Pizza management will record your feedback and value it, but your chances of winning any awards are bleak.
If you are not 18 years of age or older and live outside the United States, you might not be able to benefit from this customer feedback program. Additionally, you may enter the survey multiple times, but one survey code can be used only for one entry. Another point to be noted here is that the purchase receipt validity period is vague, so it is advised that you attempt the survey as soon as you lay your hands on the receipt.
Prizes awarded vary according to the offer printed on each receipt. There are no specified prizes except for the fact that participants will receive a redeemable validation code to be claimed within 30 days of its issuance. Other than that, none of the prizes in the offer can be traded for other prizes or cash.
