How do I upgrade/downgrade my account?
Once you are signed up you can click on the My Account tab to see your upgrade and
downgrade options.
I created a survey without registering (as a guest user); will I lose my survey
if I sign up?
No, you will not lose any information. All of your surveys and address book will
be permanently saved with your newly created account.
