Weis Markets is an American chain of food retail stores based in the United States of America. It was founded in 1912 by two brothers, Harry and Sigmund Weis. Initially, the store was named Weis Pure Foods. Currently, the store is headquartered in Pennsylvania and serves 198 stores in 7 states. These include New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, West Virginia, New York, and Maryland.

About Weis Feedback
Weis Feedback is a guest satisfaction survey hosted by Weis Market Inc. The purpose of this survey is to help Weis’ management to improve its services. Weis Market acknowledges the importance of customer satisfaction and values its customers’ feedback. Hence, this survey has been constructed to gauge customers’ responses about their satisfaction levels, prices, and range of products offered.
Weis Feedback is available online and can be attempted via phone call also. The survey can be taken in the English language only. Customers who are 18 years of age or older and reside in the United States of America which may participate in the survey. Upon completion, customers are awarded Weis Reward cards points which can be redeemed at any of the Weis Market’s participating stores.
How to Enter the Weis Feedback?
There are two ways to enter the Weis Feedback; one by going online and the other via phone call. Regardless of the method of entry, a valid purchase receipt is a prerequisite to enter the survey. The purchase receipt is valid for seven days only.
1. Entering via Online Method
To enter the Weis Feedback, online customers need to visit: https://weismarkets.survey.marketforce.com/. Upon landing on the first page, customers are required to enter their location number, 11 digit reward card number, date, and time of visit. After that, they are required to press the ‘Start’ button and enter the survey. For customers who shopped online and not in-store but still want to enter the customer satisfaction survey, they must visit the link: https://weisfeedback.survey.marketforce.com/. Fill in the required information and enter the survey.
Start answering the questions truthfully, and upon completion, you will be granted 100 Weis rewards points. These reward points are automatically added to your Weis Rewards Card. The limit to entering the survey is once every seven days.
2. Entering via Phone Call
If you wish to enter the survey via Phone call, then simply dial the number printed on the receipt. Provide the necessary details and enter the survey. Answer all the questions, and upon completion, you will be granted 100 Weis reward card points.
The limit to entering the Weis Feedback via this method is also once every seven days. Regardless of the entry method, the limit to entry is one person per receipt. These multiple members of the same household may not enter the Weis Feedback using the same receipt/coupon.
The prizes include 100 Weis Reward Card points. Customers can redeem these points to avail discounts. These points cannot be transferred into cash or other gifts. The reward Card points have an expiry date, and customers are advised to look for it on the back of their receipts. The reward points must be utilized within this period or they will be lost.
