Anyone who has bought a main course meal at the restaurant can enter into the feedback survey program within two days of the purchase and win exciting prizes. The prizes offered vary depending on the offers printed on the receipt. However, one example of the Panda Express’s Feedback Prize is getting one main course meal free at the purchase of two others. The process to enter PandaExpress Feedback survey program is easy and hardly takes about two minutes. By the Phone:

If you choose to enter the PandaExpress Feedback survey program by the phone, then first off, you need to purchase something from any Panda Express outlet and save your transaction receipt, then make a phone call at the Panda Express’s customer feedback survey hotline at 1-888-51-PANDA and enter into the survey program by answering all the questions.

After that, you will be provided with a validation code by the customer service over the phone call, jot it down on the space provided at the back of your receipt. Once done with that, now you are all ready and set to claim your prize at your next visit to any Panda Express outlet, as long as you are using your validation code and purchasing any two main course meals or entrees with it.

Entering Online:

If you choose to enter into the Panda Express’s feedback program online, you need to go to the website http://pandaexpress.com/feedback which will redirect you this site https://www.mshare.net/websurvey/2/execute#!/1. Make sure you purchase a main course meal before going online.

Once you land on the website, you will be asked to enter the 22 digit survey code printed on your receipt for you to enter the feedback program. However, if you do not have a survey code printed on your receipt, you will be asked to enter a 3-4 digit store number located at the top of your receipt and instructed accordingly to enter the feedback program.

Once you answer all the questions and finish the survey, you will be provided with a validation code. Write it down on the space provided at the back of your receipt and bring it to the Panda Express’s outlet at your next visit. Purchase two entrees and present the receipt with the code on it and you will be able to claim your prize of one free entree.

Rules & Eligibility Criteria

The rules to enter PandaExpress Feedback program are simple.

First of all, the essential rule of thumb is that you must have purchased at any Panda Express’s outlet. Secondly, you only have two days within the purchase of the meal to enter the survey program. This means that if you bought a meal a week ago, your receipt will be considered invalid for entry. So be cautious and enter the survey program within two days of your last purchase.

Next two rules are about the number of times one person can enter the program and presentation of the receipt. The good news is that 1 person can make multiple entries on their receipt. You may enter unlimited times on 1 receipt but remember that the receipt needs to be saved and presented to claim the prize. In case you lose your receipt or fail to present it, you will not be able to claim your prize.

The fifth rule to enter the Panda Express feedback program is that 1 purchase receipt can only be used by 1 person. Multiple entrants over single purchase receipt are not allowed. This means that if more members of your family want to enter the survey program they need to make their purchases separately. Each one enters on their respective purchase receipt and as many times as they want.
