After that, you are required to press the blue colored ‘Start’ button to enter the survey.

Now that you have entered the survey answer all the questions, you are being asked honestly. The survey can be finished within hardly 10 minutes. After submitting your responses to the website, you will be provided with a 5-digit Validation Code. You will be asked to write this Validation Code down on your receipt and present it the next time you go for a purchase or dine-in experience at the restaurant.

Upon your next visit, when you will present the receipt with the Validation Code, you will be able to enjoy the prizes in the offering. This validation code is valid for 30 days only, after that, you will not be able to redeem any prizes based on this code.

2. Entry Via Phone Call

The second method to enter the IHOP Guest Satisfaction Survey is via phone call. The purchase receipt you have consisted of the phone number you need to dial to enter the survey. The number is 1-800-650-8330. After that, you will be redirected to the customer service agents, and they will help you in entering the survey. Upon completion of the survey, you will be provided with a Validation Code in this case too.
