How to Enter the ‘TalktoMcAlisters’?

There are 2 ways to take the McAlisters Survey: by going online and via phone call.

1. Entering Online

You may enter the ‘TalktoMcAlisters’ online by visiting the website: http://www.talktomcalisters.com. Go to this web page and select the language of your preference. Then proceed to the next page. Upon landing on the second page, you will be asked to enter the survey code printed in the middle of your receipt. Once done with that, move on to the next page and enter the survey.

Once you enter the survey, you will be asked to provide information regarding your last visit. You will be asked to enter details about the store location you visited, your date and time of visit, your transaction number, your mode of placing an order (online, drive-thru, dine-in, etc.) and your place of receiving the order (in your car, at home, etc.). After providing all the details, you will be asked to rate the restaurant’s services on a scale of 5 variables. Rate the services according to your experience and respond to all the other questions accordingly.

Upon completion, you will provide with a validation code. Write this down on your receipt and use it on your next visit to McAlisters for claiming your prize. Remember, your purchase receipt is valid for seven days only. After that, you may not enter the survey using the code printed on it. Additionally, you must claim your prize within 30 days or else your code will expire.

2. Entering Via Phone Call

If you choose to enter the McAlisters Survey via phone call, then dial 858-397-9000 and enter the survey code printed on your receipt. After that, leave your feedback. Once done with the feedback, you will be provided with a validation code. You must write this down on the blank space given on your receipt.

Upon your next visit to any of McAlister’s stores, you may present this receipt and claim the prize in the current offer. Remember, this code is valid for 30 days only, and after that, you might not be able to redeem your prize.

No matter which method you choose to enter, you are allowed to enter multiple times. However, one entry per receipt is allowed. This means for multiple entries you will need multiple survey codes leading to subsequent purchases at the McAlisters Stores.

Prize

Prizes currently in the offer include a free cookie. However, keep checking your receipt for any updates on prizes and offers. You may not claim this prize in conjunction with any other offer by the McAlisters. Similarly, you will not be provided cash value equal to that of cookie. If the prize offered says ‘ a cookie,’ it means you get a ‘cookie’ and nothing else.

Rules & Eligibility Criteria

1. Participants must be legal residents of 50 states of the United States of America.
2. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
3. There are two ways to enter the survey: online and via phone call
4. A purchase receipt is required to enter the survey.
5. The purchase receipt expires within seven days. After that, you will not be able to use the code printed on it to enter the survey.
6. Validation code must be written down on the receipt.
7. Validation code must be redeemed within 30 days of allotment.
8. Failure to present the receipt carrying the code will result in not being able to claim the prize.
9. Participant may enter multiple times in the survey.
10. Multiple entries will require multiple codes.
11. One entry per purchase receipt
12. Prizes are awarded according to the items in current offerings.
13. Prizes are non-transferable, in-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash.
14. The McAlisters management will not be responsible for damaged or lost receipts on customers’ part.
