This allows participants to win a $50 gift card and benefit from free services worth this amount on your next visit. Rewards can be redeemed at any Firestone location across the US.

The following criteria are used to determine participants eligibility for the survey;

• You should have a laptop, PC, tablet, or smartphone.
• Have access to a strong and reliable internet connection.
• Have a recent invoice or survey invitation from Firestone Complete Auto Care.
• You should be able to read, write, and understand English or Spanish.
• Be a legal resident of the United States of America or the District of Columbia.
• Be willing to share your contact details, mainly your phone number and an email address.
• You must be at least 18 years of age when taking the Firestone complete auto care survey.

Firestone Survey Rules and Restrictions

• Any attempt made to destroy or tamper with the Firestone Survey is considered a violation of criminal and civil laws.
• Employees of the company and their family members, brand sponsors, firestone affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional, and advertising agencies are barred from taking part in the survey.
• Purchasing more products from firestone complete auto care does not guarantee a chance to win the $50 prize.
• Customers who are below the age of 18 are barred from participating in this survey
• Only legal citizens of the 50 states in the United States of America can participate in the Firestone Complete Auto Care survey.
• Rewards offered can not be redeemed for cash or transferred to someone else.

How to take Firestone Survey?

Note: Before completing the Firestone survey, it is important to ensure that you have all the needed requirements.

Step 1: Take your device (smartphone, laptop, or tablet). Ensure you are connected to the internet.

Step 2: Go to the official Firestone survey website at   www.firestonesurvey.com.

Step 3: Retrieve your invoice or survey invitation code.

Step 4: Select your preferred language. You can choose either English or Spanish.

Step 5: Carefully read the information provided on the page.

Step 6: Enter your 12 digit Firestone survey code in the empty field on your screen. This code is located on the bottom right-hand corner of your invoice. Do not omit the dash (-) in the middle.

Step 7: If you want to be familiar with the sweepstakes rules of this survey, click on the ‘rules’ link highlighted in blue.

Step 8: Press the ‘Begin Survey’ button at the end of the page to start taking the survey.

Step 9: Answer all questions asked regarding the services you received on your most recent visit to Firestone.

Step 10: Finally, at the end of the Firestone survey, you will have the chance to enter the monthly sweepstakes.

Step 11; Enter your details and submit to enroll for the sweepstakes round. This will allow you to win one of the 10 Firestone gift cards worth $50 in the sweepstakes drawing.

How are rewards offered in the sweepstakes round obtained and redeemed? 

After completing the Firestone survey, participants are granted entry into the sweepstakes round. You can not be eligible for the $50 gift card reward if you fail to enroll in the sweepstakes.

The selection of winners is made in a fair and just manner. 10 prizes are issued per month. Each winner will receive a $50 gift card. The reward limit is one prize per person. The gift card issued has no expiry date. It can only be used to get discounts or a free service worth $50 on your next visit to any Firestone location. All prizes are subject to all terms and conditions provided.

Only customers who win the $50 discount will be contacted via email. Contact will be done approximately within 48 hours after a random selection has been made. Winners are supposed to respond to sent emails within 10 working days. Failure to which, the reward will be revoked, and another winner selected.

Note: It is important to remember that a reward can not be redeemed for cash or any substitute reward; neither can it be transferred to another person. Prizes can, therefore, be redeemed only as per Firestone Customer Auto care experience.

Rewards will be shipped to a street address in the 50 United states or the District of Columbia.
