SearsFeedback Survey is available online. It can be attempted in two languages only; English and Spanish. Customers who are legal residents of 50 states of the United States of America and the District of Columbia are eligible to enter the SearsFeedback Survey. Additionally, entrants must be 18 years of age at the time of entering the survey and require a valid purchase receipt. This purchase receipt must have been generated from a qualifying purchase made at any of the Sears or Sears Home services participating in physical stores. Other than physical stores, receipts generated from purchases made via online Sears e-commerce stores and Sears Toll-free number also qualify for this survey.

Participants who complete the survey are awarded one entry into the Monthly Sears Sweepstakes.

How to Enter the Sears Feedback Survey?

There are two methods to enter the Sears Feedback survey sweepstakes. One is by going online, and the other is called the alternate method of entry.

1. Entering via the Purchase Receipt

The first method to enter the SearsFeedback Survey is by going online at https://survey.confirmit.com/wix/8/p3071147398.aspx?surveySourceType=PR. The entrants require a valid purchase receipt. This receipt carries the 12 digit receipt number and the date of purchase printed on it, which is both required to enter the survey. Since the receipt validity period is not specified, participants are encouraged to enter at their earliest in addition to checking their receipts for further details.

When entrants click on the link mentioned above, they are asked to choose one from the two languages they are more comfortable communicating in. After that, they are redirected to a second page here: https://survey.confirmit.com/wix/8/p3071147398.aspx. This page asks them to enter the 12 digit number printed on the receipt and the date of purchase both. Once done, the participants are required to click the ‘Next’ button and enter the feedback survey.

After entering the survey, participants are expected to respond to the three questions which come their way as truthfully as they can. The questions in the survey revolve around participant’s last visit to the store and require them to rate their services. These ratings are based on the customers’ experiences with the staff regardless of the fact whether these were good experiences or bad ones.

Upon completion, participants are granted one entry into Sears Monthly Sweepstakes. One entry per person in one sweepstakes period is allowed. Other than this, for customers to win the sweepstakes, it is highly advised that they join the Sears ‘Shop Your Way’ members’ club.

2. Entering via the Alternate Method

Members who wish to enter the Sears Survey sweepstakes without having to make a purchase may enter via this method. In this method, members simply need to visit: https://survey.confirmit.com/wix/0/p3072593480.aspx. However, no matter which method of entry participants choose, they will have to complete the feedback survey.

One entry per person per sweepstakes period is allowed via this method also. Any attempts to enter the SearsFeedback Survey sweepstakes more times than the limit specified will result in the disqualification of the participant.

Prize

The prize of winning the Sears Monthly Sweepstakes includes $500 worth Shop Your Way shopping points being credited to the winner’s Shop Your way account. This equals 500,000 Shop Your Way reward points. These points can be redeemed at any of the Sears participating stores, online apps, and websites, and via Sears Toll-free number. Additionally, one winner is selected per sweepstakes period and is informed via e-mail or telephone number.

The Shop Your Way reward points are credited to the winner’s account ten weeks after the winner has been verified. However, if a winner fails to respond to the prize notification within 48 hours of its issuance or the prize remains deliverable, it will be confiscated, and an alternate winner will be selected.
